After the night of hanging out with my colleagues.
Immediately in the middle of the night i got diarrhoea through the whole night.
I consulted doctor, telling him previously i also did drank hard liquors every night in order to sleep well. By the doctor's knowledges, he said i'm having gastric problem because of alcohols.

He gave me medicines for gastric pain, diarrhoea, and sleeping pills.
Also arranged an appointment for me to come back to consult on my sleeping problem.

Last night i took the sleeping pill, and i am really sleep at eased until the morning without waking up in the middle of the night. It really solve my sleeping problem. Cool!

Last night we have a gathering at Katong shopping centre's KTV.
We seldom organize any outing. We had so much fun and enjoying ourselves. We worked hard, and also played hard! Everyone drank beers and start from singing till screaming. It's really horrible ha ha ha!
We also took some photos. Don't ask where am i in the photos, someone have to be the photographer right?

Recently have been drinking alot, almost every nights. Every times woke up in the middle of the night and hardly sleep well. No other choice but to drink at least 2 bottles of beer before go to bed. Have been bothered by my work and finance problems. It just couldn't let my mind rest.
